Quality Assurance VS Quality Assistance: Special WFH Edition
It has been hard for some companies to keep up good practices and proper QA processes during COVID19’s lockdown. Even more if these companies still rely in old workflows, involving a lot of manual testing and waterfall-esque SDLC.
I want to share with you the successes of confronting Quality from a “Quality Assistance” point of view, where an open Agile mindset was key, and how well it worked for me and my team during the (unexpected) long period working from home.
